Erin Kuesel Financial Coordinator Our financing options will be explained to you by Erin as she helps you discover that cosmetic dentistry and facial treatments are affordable. She also schedules your multi-treatment plans to maximize your visits and dental insurance benefits. Erin's experience in our office over the years makes her the "go to" person for answers to your questions. She is the hub of the wheel in the daily activities in our practice. Erin makes things happen financially, not only for the practice, but especially for you, the patient.

Ginger Guirgis Marketing Coordinator/Business Manager Ginger's graphic design background puts her in charge of designing and executing our mailings, brochures, and advertisements. She orchestrates the "big picture" of our practice to provide for growth and progress. She has been Dr. Shipley's executive secretary for over 12 years and is the overseeing dynamic behind the dental practice, Facial Aesthetics, Dental Assisting 101, and all public relations. Ginger is extensively trained in the art of make-up application and is providing Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup through our office.

Katie Harris Concierge The first smile you'll see when you come in the door is Katie, our receptionist and concierge. She's got a background in communications and journalism, bringing creative ideas to our practice. Katie is full-time at Distinctive Dentistry, so you'll see her every time you visit. Appreciate our fresh cookies and coffee? She's the one to thank!

Melissa Lantz Lead Dental Assistant Melissa is a gem in the clinical portion of our practice. She is sure to brighten your day with her effervescent attitude and demeanor. She prepares everything before your visit, to be sure your treatment runs smoothly and timely. We're so glad to have her on board as Dr. Shipley's full time lead assistant.

Michelle Johnson Cosmetic Dental Assistant Having an eye for the artistic, Michelle is a great part of the "Madison Makeover" team. She coordinates a cosmetic dental case from initial study models to final professional photos. She also holds your hand during treatment and gives you a vision of the fabulous outcome you'll anticipate. With extensive training over the past years in continuing cosmetic dental education courses offered throughout the country with Dr. Shipley, Michelle is "one of a kind."
